2.3 Financial & Transaction Data

• Deposit and withdrawal history
• Payment method details (e.g., GCash mobile number, PayMaya account reference, BPI/BDO/Metrobank account name — we do not store full bank account numbers or card numbers)
• Transaction amounts in Philippine Peso (PHP)
• Bonus and promotional credit history

2.4 Gaming Activity Data

These providers are contractually bound to process your data only on wk7's instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

6.2 Game Studio Partners

Licensed third-party game studios whose games are available on the wk7 platform may receive limited technical data (such as player session tokens) necessary to deliver their games. They do not receive your full identity or financial data.

6.3 Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities

wk7 may disclose your personal data to Philippine government agencies, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive — including for anti-money laundering reporting obligations.

6.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of wk7's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy. You will be notified of any such transfer in advance.

• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by applicable financial regulations.
• Gaming activity data: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the relevant gaming session, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless the matter remains unresolved.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent, as evidence of compliance.

When personal data is no longer required, wk7 will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

wk7 will respond to all verified data privacy rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. We may request proof of identity before processing your request to protect against unauthorized access to your data.

If you are not satisfied with wk7's response to your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

The wk7 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming. wk7 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.

If wk7 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the wk7 platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

wk7 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
